Your tasks
■ Set-up and operation of CNC-controlled machines
■ Independent programming of the machines
■ Modification of existing machine programmes
■ Measuring and testing workpieces
■ Setting the tools under your own responsibility
■ Monitoring the production process
■ Quality control and quality assurance
■ Completed training as a cutting machine operator or industrial mechanic or similar
■ Conventional turning work
■ Reliable realisation of design drawings

Your profile
■ Vocational qualification in an industrial metal profession
■ Good knowledge of machine tool and machining technology
■ Knowledge of Siemens and/or Fanuc control systems
■ CNC programming skills
■ Extensive experience with the Siemens control system is an advantage
■ CAD/CAM experience desirable
